Family-farmed in Helvetia, Oregon — glass-bottled the same day it leaves our cows. Vat pasteurized low and slow, never homogenized, so the cream rises and it tastes the way milk should.

Every drop comes from our 60 cows — no co-op, no blending, no shortcuts.
Held at 145°F for 30 minutes — not the 200°F flash big creameries use. The gentler heat keeps more of the natural enzymes and a fuller flavor.
Non-homogenized — we never separate the cream out, so it rises to the top on its own. Give the bottle a shake before you pour.
Approved by the Oregon Department of Agriculture. No rBST, no growth hormones.
Glass half-gallons, filled at the farm. We typically sell through most of it every day — that's how fresh it is.
