The Schoch family firmly believes in sustainability.
Our cows are free-range animals.
We have a small herd. Our current milking herd consists of 6 Jersey, 6 Brown Swiss, 8 Milking Shorthorns and 25 Holstein dairy cows. Our cows have access to pasture daily. When fed in the barn they eat locally grown hay and silage (fermented grass or clover).
We don't use artificial growth hormones or rBST. We never have and we never will.
